Our Orchid Invitation Suite is for all orchid lovers! Perfect for any time of the year, in particular summer time. The orchid invitation suite is shown off to perfection in a stunning ice white pearlised pocket. The orchid design is also on the outside of the pocket which is held together with magnets. Truly stunning!

The pockets are elegant and contemporary and come in 2 different styles, portrait and landscape, and in a variety of colours. They fit perfectly into your 5x7"envelope. The pockets come in luxurious pearlised card (230gsm) but can also come in matte card (240-300gsm) if you want to keep your costs down. Both look wonderful and provide a neat information package with all your additional information tucked into the pocket inside. The inserts are available in white matte card (260gsm) and in white silk card (350gsm). Colours of fonts and wording are customisable. The pockets are handmade by Joy Wedding Stationery and will be fully assembled for you, saving you much valuable time as you plan the other elements of your wedding.

The orchid invitations will be adhered to the pocket and the 2 inserts and RSVP will be placed inside the pocket ensuring that everything fits securely. The RSVP envelope tucks nicely behind the RSVP between the 2 insert cards in the portrait pocket and the RSVP and envelope sits behind the guest information card in the landscape pocket. The pockets will be held securely by 2 magnets and tucked safely in your 5x7" invitation envelope providing a protective layer. Don't forget to choose your envelope liner which adds that final classy touch of elegance to your invitations.

Our vellum wrap wedding invitations come in 2 styles. One style has the matching print on the vellum wrap and is personalised with names/monogram and wedding date on the back. This style is held together with a wax seal adding that extra touch of luxury!

Our second style has the vellum wrap and its contents held together by the matching belly band which also has names/monogram and wedding date on it. This style is our budget friendly one.

The Orchid Save the Date card is the first glimpse that your guests have of your wedding. This 6x4"

card can be printed on white textured matte card or white smooth silk card. It comes with a 6x4" white

envelope. You may wish to change the colour of the envelope or add a matching envelope liner as an optional extra.

The Orchid Evening Invitation card beautifully complements the daytime invitation. Unless advised otherwise, it will use the same layout and wording to your daytime invitation. This 5x7" card can be printed on white textured matte card or white smooth silk card. It comes with a 5x7" white envelope.

Evening invitations do not normally require the additional information for your guests. Included

with your Evening Invitation would be the corresponding white envelope, RSVP & white envelope

held together with the matching orchid belly band. All fully assembled. Of course, if you wish to have the additional inserts or even have them presented in a pocket/vellum wrap then add this information on the order form or let us know in the comment box. This will be priced accordingly.

Guest Name Printing: Guest names can be printed on the invitations. We will ask you to email them to us once you have placed your order.

Printed Addresses: Your guest addresses can be printed on the invitation envelope and the return address can be printed on the RSVP envelope.

The Orchid Order of Service - also sometimes referred to as a Wedding Programme - typically accompanies the ceremony so that guests can follow proceedings, join in with hymns, and give their blessings. It is an A4 single-fold 4-page booklet and can be printed in pearlised card (230gsm), white matte textured card(300gsm) or white smooth card (350gsm). We now offer a tri-fold Order of Service which allows more detail of your ceremony to be added for your guests to follow.

The Orchid Table Numbers are printed with a number or a name. They can be printed on single-sided or double-sided (thicker) card so they can be popped into a stand. They are printed on white matte textured card (300gsm) or white smooth card (350gsm).

Size: 4.5 x 6" (can be made larger if required).

The Orchid Table Numbers & Names are printed with a number and the names of your guests. These can be printed on single-sided card and can be used as a seating chart on the wall, in a frame or pegged onto a line. Alternatively, they can be on double-thickness card so they can be popped into a stand in the centre of your tables. They are printed on white matte textured card (300gsm) or white smooth card (350gsm).

Size: 4.5 x 6" (can be made larger if required).

The Orchid Table Menus complement your other tableware. They are printed on white matte textured card (300gsm) or white smooth card (350gsm).

Size: 10 x 20cm (can be made larger if required).

The Orchid Place Cards complement your other tableware. They are printed on white matte textured card (300gsm) or white smooth card (350gsm). They have a single fold. The front of the place card can be left blank for you to write your guest's name or you can opt for the names to be printed on as an optional extra.

Size: 9 x 9cm.

The Orchid Seating Chart will inform your guests of where they are sitting for their wedding meal. These large charts (A3 and A2) are sourced out to a third party to ensure that the quality of the orchid colours are retained.

Gloss finish - coated-paper with a semi-gloss smooth surface.

We now offer an A1 framed seating chart using your matching 6 x 8 inch table names and number cards. It is a beautiful statement piece for your guests to see where they will be sitting. Frame comes in various colours. Easel not included. These A1 framed seating charts are made by Joy Wedding Stationery.

The Orchid Thank You cards are printed on white matte textured card (300gsm) or white smooth card (350gsm). They have a single fold with the name of the bride & groom on the front. Your thank you message will be printed on the inside. Photographs of your special day can also be added as an optional extra.

Thank You Cards

With this sample pack, you will receive a sample in the style(s) you request i.e. portrait pocket, landscape pocket, vellum wrap. Choose your design. If you are still unsure, you can order up to 3 samples. These samples will however be generic but give you the opportunity to see the quality of our printing and card.

Included in your sample will be your chosen colour and style of pocket with invitation, RSVP, 2 inserts, 2 printed envelopes (a liner in the 5x7" envelope), matching belly band and a wax seal. I will also include the matching Save the Date and a couple of other On the Day stationery items.

If you wish to order a vellum wrap sample the same items for the pocket will be included. This will give you a flavour of how wonderful everything looks together.

The cost of your chosen sample i.e. £5, will be deducted if you proceed with a full order including On the Day stationery.

The Order of the Day card is a stylish accompaniment for your guests to follow along during the ceremony. It can be printed in pearlised card (230gsm), white matte textured card (300gsm) or white smooth card (350gsm).

Welcome signs are important for 2 reasons. Firstly, they help to direct your guests to the correct location. Wedding venues can be large and sprawling, and a welcome wedding sign can help guide guests to the right place. Secondly, they set the tone for your wedding. They typically include your names, the wedding date, and sometimes the venue.

Our welcome signs will match your chosen design which your guests will recognise from the save the date, daytime or evening invitations which they have previously received.
