Our Alexa Pocket Invitation Suite is one of our modern wedding invitations, perfect all year round! Perfect for couples who love the minimalistic look and who want a simple wedding with no fuss. The grey text on the left side contrasts with the black text and can be changed to tie in with your colour scheme. The invitation suite is shown off to perfection in a stunning ice white pearlised pocket held together with the personalised belly band of your choice. This design looks striking in the darker coloured pockets too.

The pockets are elegant and contemporary and the Alexa Pocket invitation looks best in the landscape style and comes in a variety of colours. The pockets fit perfectly into your 5x7"envelopes. The pockets come in luxurious pearlised card (230gsm) but can also come in matte card (240-300gsm) if you want to keep your costs down. The Alexa landscape pocket looks wonderful and provides a neat information package with all your additional information tucked into the pocket inside. The inserts are available in white matte card (260gsm) and in white silk card (350gsm). The colour of the text on the left and the wording is customisable. The pockets are handmade by Joy Wedding Stationery and will be fully assembled for you, saving you much valuable time as you plan the other elements of your wedding.

The Alexa invitations will be adhered to the pocket and the 2 inserts and RSVP will be placed inside the pocket ensuring that everything fits securely. The RSVP & envelope tucks nicely behind the guest information card in the landscape pocket. The pockets will be held securely by your personalised belly band and tucked safely in your 5x7" invitation envelope providing a protective layer. Don't forget to choose your envelope liner which adds that final classy touch of elegance to your invitations.

Our Alexa Vellum Invitation Suite is one of our modern wedding invitations. Perfect for couples who love the minimalistic look. The grey text on the left side contrasts with the black text and can be changed to tie in with your colour scheme. The grey text can also be foiled giving the invitation a more striking look. It features a luxurious translucent vellum jacket which contains the Alexa invitation and envelope, RSVP with envelope and 2 inserts held together by the belly band which can have your monogram and wedding date on it.

The vellum instantly adds a touch of glamour! It is our budget-friendly option but is absolutely stunning. While white translucent vellum is the most popular, we can offer oyster and silver vellum (all 100gsm). 

The inserts are available in white matte card (300gsm) and in white silk card (350gsm). White envelopes are included for your RSVP and invitation. Don't forget to choose your envelope liner which adds that final classy touch of elegance to your invitations. 

These are all included in the base price.

Your Alexa Vellum Wrap Invitation Suite will be fully assembled by Joy Wedding Stationery.

The Alexa Evening Invitation card beautifully complements the daytime invitation. Unless advised otherwise, it will use the same layout and wording to your daytime invitation. This 5x7" card can be printed on white textured matte card or white smooth silk card. It comes with a 5x7" white envelope.

Evening invitations do not normally require the additional information for your guests. Included with your evening invitation would be the corresponding white envelope, RSVP & white envelope held together with the Alexa matching belly band which can have your monogram and wedding date on it.

All fully assembled. Of course, if you wish to have the additional inserts or even have them presented in a pocket/vellum wrap then add this information on the order form or let us know in the comment box.

Additional Options: Guest Information cards x2, envelope liners, wax seal, Guest Name Printing: Guest names can be printed on the invitations. We will ask you to email them to us once you have placed your order.

Printed Addresses: Your guest addresses can be printed on the invitation envelope and the return address can be printed on the RSVP envelope.

Wording: Unless you are providing your own wording, the Evening Invitation wording is adapted to suit the format you have chosen for your Day Invitations.

The Alexa Order of Service - also sometimes referred to as a Wedding Programme - typically accompanies the ceremony so that guests can follow proceedings, join in with hymns, and give their blessings. It is an A4 single-fold 4 page booklet and can be printed in pearlised card (230gsm), white matte textured card (300gsm) or white smooth card (350gsm). We can now offer a tri-fold Order of Service.

The Alexa Table Numbers in this design look super stylish and modern. They can be printed on single-sided card or double-sided (thicker) card so they can be popped into a stand. They are printed on white matte textured card (300gsm) or white smooth card (350gsm).

Size: 4.5 x 6" (can be made larger if required)

The Alexa Table Numbers & Names are printed with a number and the names of your guests. These can be printed on single-sided card and can be used as a seating chart on the wall or pegged onto a line. Alternatively, they can be on double-thickness card so they can be popped into a stand.

They are printed on white matte textured card (300gsm) or white smooth card (350gsm).

Size: 4.5 x 6" (can be made larger if required)

The Alexa Table Menus complement your other tableware. They are printed on white matte textured card (300gsm) or white smooth card (350gsm).

Size: 10 x 20cm (can be made larger if required).

The Alexa Place Cards complement your other tableware. They are printed on white matte textured card (300gsm) or white smooth card (350gsm). They have a single fold with the name of the bride & groom and date on the back fold. The front of the place card can be left blank for you to write your guest's name or you can opt for the names to be printed on as an optional extra.

The Alexa Seating Chart will inform your guests of where they are sitting for their wedding meal.

These large charts are sourced out to a third party due to the larger size required.

The Alexa stylish Thank You postcards are printed on white matte textured card (300gsm) or white smooth card (350gsm). Your thank you message will be printed on the back of the postcard. Photographs of your special day can also be added.

A folded Thank You card is available as an option. 

With this sample pack, you will receive a sample in the style(s) you request i.e. landscape pocket or vellum wrap. Choose your design. If you are still unsure, you can order up to 3 samples. These samples will however be generic but give you the opportunity to see the quality of our printing and card.

Included in your sample will be your chosen colour and style of pocket with invitation, RSVP, 2 inserts, 2 printed envelopes (a liner in the 5x7" envelope), matching belly band and a wax seal. I will also include the matching Save the Date and a couple of other On the Day stationery items.

If you wish to order a vellum wrap sample the same items for the pocket will be included. This will give you a flavour of how wonderful everything looks together.

The cost of your chosen sample i.e. £5, will be deducted if you proceed with a full order including On the Day stationery.

The Order of the Day card is a stylish accompaniment for your guests to follow along during the ceremony. It can be printed in pearlised card (230gsm), white matte textured card (300gsm) or white smooth card (350gsm).

Wedding venues can be large and sprawling, and a welcome wedding sign can help guide guests to the right place. Secondly, they set the tone for your wedding. They typically include your names, the wedding date, and sometimes the venue.

Our welcome signs will match your chosen design which your guests will recognise from the save the date, daytime or evening invitations which they have previously received.
