Welcome signs are important for 2 reasons. Firstly, they help to direct your guests to the correct location. Wedding venues can be large and sprawling, and a welcome wedding sign can help guide guests to the right place. Secondly, they set the tone for your wedding. They typically include your names, the wedding date, and sometimes the venue.

Our welcome signs will match your chosen design which your guests will recognise from the save the date, daytime or evening invitations which they have previously received.

Joy Wedding Stationery offers wedding signs in two sizes:

The White Floral Evening Invitation card beautifully complements the daytime invitation. Unless advised otherwise, it will use the same layout and wording to your daytime invitation. This 5x7" card can be printed on white textured matte card or white smooth silk card. It comes with a 5x7" white envelope.

Evening invitations do not normally require the additional information for your guests. Included with your evening invitation would be the corresponding white envelope, RSVP & white envelope held together with the white floral matching belly band. All fully assembled. Of course, if you wish to have the additional inserts or even have them presented in a pocket/vellum wrap then add this information on the order form or let us know in the comment box.

Additional Options: Guest information cards x2, envelope liners, wax seal Guest Name Printing: Guest names can be printed on the invitations. We will ask you to email them to us once you have placed your order.

Printed Addresses: Your guest addresses can be printed on the invitation envelope and the return address can be printed on the RSVP envelope.

Wording: Unless you are providing your own wording, the Evening Invitation wording is adapted to suit the format you have chosen for your Day Invitations.

The White Floral Table Menus complement your other tableware. They are printed on white matte textured card (300gsm) or white smooth card (350gsm).

Size: 10 x 20cm (can be made larger if required).

The White Floral Table Numbers & Names are printed with a number and the names of your guests. These can be printed on single-sided card and can be used as a seating chart on the wall or pegged onto a line. Alternatively, they can be on double-thickness card so they can be popped into a stand.

The White Floral Order of Service - also sometimes referred to as a Wedding Programme - typically accompanies the ceremony so that guests can follow proceedings, join in with hymns, and give their blessings. It is an A4 single-fold 4 page booklet and can be printed in pearlised card (230gsm), white matte textured card (300gsm) or white smooth card (350gsm).
